Asbcheran site, which is located in the East of Tehran, Damavand, has two separate mountainous mines with the extent of 300 hectares, stone production lines, two asphalt concrete plants with bag filters and a production capacity of 160 tons per hour in each plant, and an equipped quality controlling laboratory.
These mines contain of limestone with a small amount of quartz that provides unique features for the production of concrete asphalt. This site has a production potential of 1 million tons aggregate and 520,000 tones of concrete asphalt per year. Three separate stone production lines are working with a production capacity of 200 tons per hour each and “HS10” crusher and “Rock on Rock” sand maker are hired to improve the quality.
The specialized laboratory team makes an effort to improve the quality by implementing numerous daily experiments of bitumen, aggregate, concrete asphalt and offering improvement methods while using modern equipment.
