Including: Earthworks, making and restoring of asphaltic surfaces with the preparation and implementation of asphalt in two layers: a) An arris absorbent layer using an asphalt ballast that is enriched of bitumen with the thickness of 3 centimeters and b) One cover layer of binder 0-19 with a thickness of 5 centimeters.
